Course descriptionIntroduction
Project Management is used in the co-ordination and administration of construction projects. The course provides students with the concepts, principles and practical knowledge needed to deal with the planning, co-ordination and control of projects from inception through to post completion, in order to meet the client's aims and objectives and thus complete the project on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Programme Structure
The Postgraduate Certificate in Construction Project Management requires successful completion of 60 points of study. This is followed by the Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Project Management, which is achieved following successful completion of a further 60 points of study. The final stage is the MSc in Construction Project Management, which requires the successful completion of a research project and the submission of a dissertation, which is similarly worth 60 points of study.
