Course descriptionThis original programme is designed to shed light on the emerging global order of the twenty-first century from the perspectives of diplomacy and international law.

Career prospects exist in international business, public administration, the diplomatic service, international agencies and non-governmental organisations, as well as teaching and research.
Course content
The multidisciplinary nature of the course is reflected in the two core areas. Diplomacy and the International System, and International Law in the Contemporary World Arena. You will also study research skills and design. Optional modules offer you a choice to further your interests and career aspirations. Students who complete only the taught modules receive a Postgraduate Diploma. The MA is awarded on the completion of a dissertation.
