Course descriptionWhat will you study?
You will follow a syllabus set by the Market Research Society (MRS) – the world’s largest association representing providers and users of market, social and opinion research and business intelligence.
You will learn how to make critical and accurate assessments of the need for research in any given context, as well as how to select appropriate approaches and methods based on a sound understanding of theory and practice. You will gain the skills necessary to analyse, interpret and report on research data in a way that adds value for the client. By the end of the course you will be competent in the management of all aspects of the research process.
To top-up your diploma to an MA in Market and Social Research Practice, you will undertake a practical, market research project grounded in marketing and social research theory and application, assessed through a research proposal and dissertation. (This top-up programme is subject to validation.)
