MA Research in Television Studies

  • Objectives The MA by Research in Television Studies aims to enable you -to build on your undergraduate studies, deepening your knowledge and theoretical understanding of a selected topic area in Television Studies; -to enhance existing skills in the analysis of television and broaden your knowledge and understanding of your chosen subject area and its methods; -to develop your abilities in critically evaluating primary and secondary source material; -to work closely with a specialist supervisor or supervisory team who will direct and support your research activities; -to develop students research skills, including IT skills, and prepare them, where appropriate, for research degrees.

    -Television analysis
    -Dissertation
