    - Gives an in-depth insight into European Competition Law principles and practice.

    The programme covers the following: the constituent provisons of EC Competition Law - Article 81, Article 82, Articles 87-89 and the Merger Regulation. Subsequent units will look at joint ventures, cartels, distribution agreements and licences of intellectual property rights. Finally, the units deal with particular problems of EC Competition Law procedure and enforcement.

    The units are fully self contained and will be updated each year to take account of any new law.

    Programme format and assessment
    Three compulsory assignments and a single three and a quarter hour examination. Master's involves one project plan and a single 12,000 - 15,000 word dissertation.
