Entry requirements
- You should have a good Honours degree or equivalent in a related subject. Substantial professional experience can substitute for graduate status
- Graduates from other disciplines may still be eligible for entry but should be able to demonstrate employment experience within the hospitality industry
- You should have a good standard of written and spoken English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
