ObjectivesThe long-established LLB(Hons) degree will give you an understanding of legal concepts, their practical application and the role of law in society. Emphasis is placed upon legal method and research skills, and you study an extensive range of legal and complementary subjects.
You study four modules: Method, Procedure and System; Public Law 1(Constitutional and Administrative Law); Criminal Law; Contract Law.
Year 2
You study four modules: Land Law; European Union Law; Torts; a European and International Law option.
Year 3
Four modules are studied: Trusts; Torts; two European Law options. European Law options include: Civil Liberties; Environmental Law; European Human Rights; French Law; International Trade; Politics; Public International Law; Roman Law; Dissertation; Advanced European Law; and Private International Law.
