This course is designed to develop a range of interview techniques and skills applicable to a variety of situations including employment interviews, appraisals and disciplinary hearings. The course introduces different types and styles of interview and explores the interview , looking at different questioning methods and when and where they may be used. The course also introduces and a range of personality and aptitude tests, and explains where and how these may be used as part of the interview process. The course develops a broad understanding of different types of interviews, developing the skills and knowledge to conduct effective interviews in a variety of situations.
