Course descriptionThe manufacturing industry is undergoing rapid globalisation, in which Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) outsource product manufacturing to international suppliers while focusing on high-value activities such as brand management, new product development, project management, and service and customer relationship management.
Among the critical challenge is the shortage of high calibre engineers and managers who not only understand the global manufacturing environment with its market requirements, advanced enabling technologies, and the importance of collaboration and communication with international stakeholders, but also new and innovative product development techniques.
