The BTEC Higher National Diploma in Biomedical Science is a two-year full-time course, which has been designed in collaboration with the University of Greenwich to provide students with an opportunity to study and develop appropriate vocational skills. The course is closely linked with the corresponding degree pathway of the University of Greenwich, and successful students may transfer to the University at the end of their course to study for the award of BSc. Transfer will normally be to year two of the degree course. In addition, students who achieve merit grades will be offered the opportunity to transfer directly to year two of the degree at the end of the first year of the HND.
