The course is designed to give you the knowledge and skills to seek employment in the fundraising arena or establish your own fundraising business.
Fundraising today is regarded as a business as it required all the acumen of a business to ensure you achieve the required target of funds to achieve your project.

As an UK Open Learning home learning student you will have access to your own personal tutor helping you with your course work and with any questions you may have, this will be for a full 12 months from the day you receive the course. To complete this course it will take in the region of 90 study hours which can be spread over the 12 month period to suit the student.
Exam Details
To be awarded the Diploma in Fundraising, students are required to complete 5 written assignments
Assessment:
Assessment takes the form of a series of tutor marked assignments which can be sent to the tutor for marking. There is no word count for these assignments however you do have to prove to the tutor that you have fully understood the question asked.
