Objectives
When it comes to a rewarding career, you won't find many that have more to offer than saving people's lives by giving them urgent care at the scene of accidents and emergencies. You will learn the theory behind the care that you give as a paramedic, as well as gain hands on experience in a variety of placements. In these placements you will learn about the role of the paramedic within the multi- disciplinary healthcare workforce. Due to the requirement for 1,500 hours of practice, the course will run over 46 weeks per year.
