Sport Coaching is a rapidly changing profession. National Governing Bodies of sport in Great Britain are restructuring and modernising to increase performance in international sport. Coaches, and athletes themselves, are becoming more professional and sport is now ranked highly on the Government's political agenda to aid widening participation.
