ObjectivesThis Foundation Degree equips you to meet the challenges of a career as a Community Sport Coach with a special emphasis on cricket. It is designed for people who want to build and support communities through sport and make a positive difference in people’s lives. The course has four interconnected strands. The course is practically focused and theoretically guided, with two coaching placements in school and community settings. The course has been designed in partnership with our excellent industrial partners.
Entry requirementsEntry Requirements For standard entry students: 80 UCAS points (one A-level at grade C or two at grade E) plus GCSE grade C maths and English. For mature entrants (over 21) we have a special entry procedure that can take prior experiential learning into account. We welcome applications from beginners and experienced players and coaches and believe all have a great deal to offer the group.
