Course descriptionThe Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) aims to have a direct impact on your behaviour in the workplace. The transition to a first leadership role requires that you move from making an individual contribution to creating results through inspiring others to higher performance.
To help this transition and to ensure you create the necessary impact, this executive development programme gives you a broader strategic understanding of the business, greater self-awareness and the enhanced personal skills to make things happen.
The programme uses a combination of innovative learning methodologies: business simulation, learning journals, one-to-one coaching and teamwork assignments to provide you with the relevant business insights and develop your business skills. All elements are closely connected and enable you to get the most from your programme experience.

The Emerging Leaders Programme has a modular format with 2 + 1 weeks, supported by virtual learning technology throughout an 11 week period. It will be held at London Business School on:
