  • Entry requirements If you work for learners, for example as a teacher; mentor; project worker; manager, leader, advisor or trainer; this degree will extend your professional development. This education programme also includes specific pathways for Newly Qualified teachers (NQTs) and leaders/potential leaders of children’s centres (leading to the NPQICL award) as well as those bringing learning into the programme from professional wards such as NPQH and LFTM.
