Entry requirementsThis course is for students 19 years old and over. There are no entry requirements.
Course description For Stage 1 you will produce a corsage using fresh plant material, a hand-tied bouquet, gift packaged funeral spray, front facing arrangement plus a folder of work.
For Stage 2 you will produce a wired bridal bouquet, a hand-tied floral item, a floral item on a base, and a folder of coursework. There is also am art module as part of this course.
Course Structure:
You will be taught by an experienced tutor in a group of 12-14 students. The tutor will demonstrate a range of techniques and you will be able to practice them before working on your assessed piece. You will also build up a folder of notes and information to support your practical work.
You will need to do some research and assignments in your own time, plus some background reading.

All students have access to our fully equipped, state-of-the-art Learning Centres at 3 College Centres. This includes free Internet access.
Assessment:
Continuous assessment of coursework.
