    Novell's Guide to CompTIA's Linux + with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (course 3064) This course introduces the knowledge and skills needed to work with Linux and prepares students to take the CompTIA Linux+ exam. The course follows the Novell 3064 syllabus and the fee includes the cost of the Novell training pack, which is yours to keep. Based on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10, students will be able to perform fundamental administrative tasks such as: installing SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10, understanding directories and files, understanding users and groups and configuring the network and key services. The course offers a BTEC Unit qualification; however, you will probably want to attempt the CompTIA Linux+ exams. The course is designed for students with experience of Operating System configuration, preferably with some experience of using the Linux Operating System.     We will also cover part of the new Novell CLA ( Certified Linux Administrator ) exam (Novell Course 3072 - SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 – Administration)

    Based on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10, students will be able to perform fundamental administrative tasks such as:

    * installing SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10
    * understanding directories and files
    * understanding users and groups
    * configuring the network and key services
