Entry requirementsEntry requirements Students must be employed in the building and structures of the electrical industry and have passed all parts of C&G 2330 Level 2 or C&G 2360 Part 1.
This course consists of a considerable amount of theoretical work supported by underpinning knowledge and is designed to provide a qualification route for people employed in the Electrical Installation industry. This is a one year course, and aims to further the knowledge and competences required by the contracting industry. You will be able to work under supervision in the industry installing and maintaining electrical wiring systems for domestic, industrial and commercial premises. The City & Guilds certificate inElectrical Installation Theoryand Practice is awarded when you satisfactorily complete each part of the course.
