    This programme is a practical work-related course. Candidates may use the qualification to gain employment into the construction industry following a variety of career pathways. The course is equivalent to two A levels and is therefore valued by employers and meets entry requirements for Further and Higher Education.

    The National Certificate is made up of 12 units covering a variety of units including

        * Building Technology

        * Valuation and Property Law.

    Teaching and assessment

    Regular assignments and project work and externally assessed integrated assessment (IVA).
