    3 days per week for 1 year.

    Where does it lead?
    The course is linked to Thames Valley University, St Marys Hospital and Middlesex University. Students are guaranteed interviews at Thames Valley University.

    What does it include?
    Biology, Psychology, Sociology, Communications and Study Skills. There is also the opportunity to take GCSE in Mathematics and English Language.

    How will I be assessed?
    Through coursework, practical exercises and examinations. Credits are accumulated over the course of the year. On successful completion of the course, you will be awarded a kitemarked LOCN Access Certificate.
     
    What do I need to get onto it?
    No formal qualifications are required, but applicants are required to pass entrance tests in English and Mathematics. If you pass the tests you will then be interviewed. This course is for mature students, aged 19 or over. There are new government regulations that prohibit entry for most overseas students on this course.
