    The MSc in Construction Management prepares civil engineers, architects and builders for a rising management career in construction and related activities. It is a unique course run collaboratively by the School of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences and the Cass Business School. The course combines generic management education with construction-specific content and advanced level modules essential for the management of construction processes, preparing graduates for a rewarding career in civil engineering construction.

    Graduates have an excellent opportunity to work with companies in the buoyant construction sector in UK, especially in view of the London Olympics of 2012, as well as in international companies.

    Course content

    The course consists of ten modules. To qualify for an MSc, students need to complete these modules and a major project of relevance to their future career. Modules are assessed by written examination or coursework or both. Students who complete the taught part of the course only are awarded a Postgraduate Diploma.
