Course descriptionThis is our new course of utterly delicious chocolate cupcakes. A completely sumptuous treat of a day, we will show you how to make decorations from a variety of different chocolate mediums. Your cupcakes will be topped with delights such as gooey ganache, poured chocolate fondant, and dreamy milky buttercream. All to be topped with beautiful decorations such as strawberry chocolate butterflies of which you will hand pipe, hand made flowers modeled from Cocoform & elegant discs of chocolate transfers. We will show you everything you need to know & at the end of the day you will go home with the most stunning box of sophisticated cupcakes.
