Course descriptionCOURSE INFORMATION
This course will enable students to acquire valuable, practical knowledge of the law relating to children and encourage critical reflection upon the operation of the law and students' own practice. It is a flexible programme, offered only by distance learning, providing maximum student support.
Participants can complete the Postgraduate Certificate in 9 months (1.5 semesters), the Postgraduate Diploma in 18 months (3 semesters) or the LLM in 2 years (4 semesters). Please note that this programme commences in February each year.

* Foundations of Children Law.
Semester Two
* Consent and Confidentiality

* Children's Rights

Dissertation
Students will be asked to confirm which options they wish to study in year 1. Options will then be timetabled with a view to accommodating all students wishes.
