ObjectivesThis course is for those wishing to develop professional skills in estate agency. They aim to satisfy the educational standards of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) so the holder of the Certificate can apply direct to the NAEA for membership at Associate or Fellow grade subject to the normal age and experience criteria. The courses are delivered by academic staff from the School of Architecture and the Built Environment and Westminster BusinessSchool . Each School contributes its own unique specialisms so the student experience is enriched. Most importantly, you will pursue a property orientated Certificate enabling you to function efficiently in both the property and business worlds.
Entry requirementsThere will be an emphasis on recruiting people who are working in estate agency or in a related area. We have a progressive recruitment policy which encourages applications from non-traditional backgrounds. Mature students (over 21 years of age) with relevant experience but without the normal minimum entry requirements are considered favourably.
