Objectives
This course aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills you will need for a career in the residential property market, working within a property development or management company, or in a residential consultancy or agency. The course is ideal if you aim to become a technical surveyor, as it fulfils part of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ requirement for this status. Technical surveyors are people with specific skills who offer help and advice to their chartered colleagues. They also undertake a range of activities such as building survey work, and the course will prepare you for such a role.

Entry requirements
Entry Requirements -a degree (level 6) in an Early Years subject or a degree (level 6) in any subject plus a level 3 qualification in an Early Years subject -a GCSE grade C in English and Maths -a current Criminal Records Bureau clearance -recent and considerable experience across whole 0-5 years age range
