ObjectivesFundamental physics research lies behind many recent innovations that we now take for granted, for example mobile phones, DVD players and the internet. This degree will give you the scientific knowledge, management skills, and confidence you need to take physics ideas, develop new innovations, and exploit them to create new business. Our Physics course provides a broad-based and intellectually demanding education across the whole spectrum of modern physics. It includes all the fundamental knowledge essential to the professional physicist, and will help you to develop the qualities and abilities physicists rely on. The enterprise courses are taught in association with the University of Sheffield Management School.
