Objectives
This degree focuses on the new genetic technologies which further our understanding of genetic mechanisms and gene expression in microorganisms, higher plants and higher animals. It also offers the opportunity to specialise, for example, in human genetics, developmental genetics or the molecular genetics of plants or microorganisms.
-
Entry requirements
We ask for 320 UCAS points i.e. AAC or ABB A level grades. Our teaching does not presuppose any previous knowledge of computer science and in selecting candidates for admission we do not insist on evidence of prior competence in computer programming.
