  • Objectives The rapid growth in the number of computers and Information Technology systems is a phenomenon of the past 15 years. The growth of the Web and associated communication technologies has changed the way we work, the way we conduct business and the way we interact with others. Aspiring professionals now need a base of knowledge and skills in order to seek, retrieve, manipulate and manage key information in appropriate ways.
  • Entry requirements Entry requirements You will need three GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language and Maths, plus one of the following: * 160 points (including a minimum of two A2 Levels or a 12 unit AVCE or a combination) or * 160 points from BTEC National Diploma / Certificate or * Equivalent Scottish, Irish, Welsh or overseas qualifications or * An equivalent qualification to those listed above (eg Access to Higher Education certificate, International Baccalaureate)
