BSc Geography

  • Objectives We are one of the largest geography departments in the country, so our courses can cover the full breadth of both physical and human geography. The course structure gives you maximum flexibility to choose the topics that particularly interest you, both in Geography and in related subjects.
  • Entry requirements -GCE/VCE A Levels - ABB -Two GCE A Levels plus two GCE AS Levels - AB+BB or equivalent -Scottish Advanced Highers - ABB -Two Scottish Advanced Highers plus Two Highers - AB+BB -Irish Leaving Cert. - AABBB -BTEC Level N - 2 Distinctions and 1 Merit -International Baccalaureate - 33 points -Core Requirements - Grade B in GCE A Level Geography or equivalent (eg. Environmental Science, Geology). Two good grades in GCSE Science and/or a Science at A or AS Level are beneficial.
