ObjectivesThis course provides a solid foundation in Chemistry with the Informatics aspects aimed at training students to design and operate the sophisticated computer-based information systems used to support research and development in the pharmaceutical, agrochemical and biotechnology industries.
Entry requirements-GCE/VCE A Level - BBB -BTEC National Diploma - 2 Distinctions and 1 Merit -Two GCE A Levels plus two GCE AS Levels - BB+BB -Scottish Highers - AABB -Irish Leaving Cert. - ABBBB -International Baccalaureate - 32 points -Core Requirements - GCE A Level Chemistry at Grade B. -International Baccalaureate Higher level: 6 points in Chemistry. -Preference may be given to those with Mathematics or Science based subjects.
