Objectives
The aim of the course is to prepare graduates for careers in business as IT professionals. The modules encompass the social and ethical aspects of IT, as well as technical issues, in order to furnish graduates with an understanding of the needs of end users and business organisations, ensuring graduates have the technical skills to meet those requirements. The course covers most advanced aspects of computing, and provides a strong relationship to the end-user and commercial environment. In designing this course, there has been focus on the need for IT programmes and software developers to have a stronger understanding of the business need for their work and of engagement with the end user.

Entry requirements
The normal entry requirements are a Higher Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Foundation Degree in Computing, IT or Business Information Systems.
