ObjectivesThis degree is designed for people who want to study the many approaches to informal education with young people and adults, to develop the skills, knowledge and values of a youth and community work practitioner and to gain the nationally endorsed professional qualification in youth and community work.
Practical experienceThe degree includes fieldwork practice, which will account for 40% of your time each year.
Entry requirementsEntry Requirements This course is subject to the University minimum entry requirements.You should have 80 points at A level, AS level or VCE and GCSE English Language at grade C or above, or equivalent. Criminal records bureau and health checks will be carried out during the interview process to ensure your suitability to work in this field.
