Objectives
This intensive and challenging course allows you to pursue your own interests within Politics. In addition to acquiring a broad base of political knowledge and career-orientated skills, you have the opportunity to focus on areas such as British, US, Third World and European politics; international politics; religion and politics, and public policy analysis.

Entry requirements
You should have at least 200 points, including two or more A-levels. English Language GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent) is also required. These requirements may be varied in individual cases.

Course structure
Single Honours students take eight modules at each of three levels. Joint Honours involves four modules from each level in Politics, plus four from your other subject. You may also choose a Major/Minor combination after level 1.
