This unique course aims to produce graduates with a combination of marketing skills and awareness of the innovation and design process.
Entry requirementsEntry Requirements Normally 240 points which must include two 6-unit awards or one 12-unit award and would usually expect GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.

Course descriptionCourse Structure
The first two years include study of marketing communications, consumer behaviour and market research with an emphasis on skills and knowledge development. This also includes the study of innovation in technology and business and exploitation of multimedia and the internet.
The one year placement in the third year is highly valued by students and employers alike and provides to opportunity to put theory into practice. The final year provides students with the flexibility to follow their own areas of interest including advanced consumer behaviour, advertising strategy and planning and PR and sponsorship in addition to studying the management and marketing of innovation. It also allows students to choose between a 20-credit marketing project or a 40-credit dissertation.
