  • Objectives This course aims to develop the skills needed to identify, anticipate and satisfy the leisure needs of customers, what ever their leisure interests – travel, heritage and culture, music, sports participation or support, home-making or electronic entertainment. Organisations in these sectors are having to adapt to political and technological changes. They depend on their ability to attract customers and sponsors to survive.
