Objectives
It is well documented that there is a skills gap in the UK in the areas of Management and Leadership. This gap results in an underperformance of UK organisations on the international stage. The Leadership degree exists to narrow that gap, offering students the opportunity to explore models, theories and concepts of leadership and to understand how they may be used to promote the effectiveness of themselves and others in a variety of work contexts. The course is designed to enable you to develop leadership competence and capability based on a through understanding of psychology.
