  • Objectives This course provides you with an in-depth understanding of both legal and business issues. Both of these major subject areas will be balanced and integrated throughout the course.
  • Entry requirements Entry Requirements Normally 240 points which must include two 6-unit awards or one 12-unit award plus GCSE Mathematics and English at grade C or above.

    BFE 0009 Markets and Government
    BFL 0063 Legal Methods and Professional Skills
    BFL0040 Principles of the Law of Contract

    Year 2

    BIS0005 Markets and Europe
    BIS 0009 Small Business Enterprise & Planning
    BIS 0010 Management & Research Methods
    BIL0004 Tort
    BIL0052 Law of the European Union

    Year 3

    Students may elect to spend 48 weeks working in a business or legal environment. However this is not compulsory.

    Year 4 (or year 3 full-time)

    Business Policy (or Corporate and Business Strategy)
    Dissertation (Double module)

    Consumer and Trading Law
    Law of International Trade
    Employment Law
    Commercial Law
    Company Law
