ObjectivesThis course prepares you to work in human resource management with transnational businesses. This field is increasingly important given global business growth and the need to manage people in a variety of national contexts. The Department has a thriving MA in International Human Resource Management, staff with experience of teaching and working with HR professionals, and a strong research base.
Entry requirementsYou should have 160-200 points, including at least 140 from two or more A-levels. English Language and Mathematics GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent) are also required. Admissions tutors may vary these requirements in individual cases. People from a wide range of educational and employment backgrounds will be considered.

Single Honours students take eight modules at each level. Joint Honours involves four modules from each level in International Human Resource Management, plus four from your other subject. You may also choose a Major/Minor after level 1.
