ObjectivesThis course is designed for students who are fascinated by language in all its forms, especially as used in the workplace today. Exploring the structures and effects of non-literary language, the course develops your powers of analysis and reflection. The degree also extends your experience of genres, styles and registers as you acquire and learn how to apply advanced communication skills, both oral and written. The course attracts an international mix of students of many ages, and allows you the opportunity to specialise.
Entry requirementsYou should normally have 200 points from at least two A-levels. Mature students are very welcome.
