Entry requirements
Entry requirements Students should normally have a good portfolio, plus one of the following: * 240 points, to include two GCE/VCE A Levels with grade C in one art or design subject * National Diploma merit profile * Successful completion of an Art and Design Foundation Course All equivalent international qualifications are welcome, as are applications from mature students (21+) with alternative qualifications and/or work experience.

BA Architecture
Programme
The course focuses on studio-based architectural design projects and coursework in design theory, technology, environment, history and urban studies, information studies, computer-aided design and professional skills. It includes visits to UK cities of architectural merit, and overseas study tours to places such as Barcelona, Prague, Chicago and Rome.
Year One covers the study of construction and technology, environmental studies, history and manual and computer-based representational techniques. Year Two develops these areas with an emphasis on the urban context. In Year Three, students engage with more complex problems and develop a personal approach to architecture. Students benefit from multi-purpose studio spaces with extensive CAD facilities and workshops. The course Design Studio combines the latest computer equipment with manual drawing and design techniques.
