Objectives
We aim to provide you with a sound academic base in accounting and finance and an opportunity to achieve exemptions from the examinations of professional accounting bodies. You can also choose one of the optional specialist pathways: Accounting Systems, Forensic Accounting or Taxation. The department has links with many accountancy-related organisations to help you to find relevant placements and work experience, and also offers specialist careers advice.

Entry requirements
You should have 160-200 points, including at least 140 from two or more A-levels. English Language and Mathematics GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent) are also required. These requirements may be varied in individual cases
