Objectives To succeed in today's competitive environment, Airport Managers in all functions must have a good understanding of the Airport Functions and its importance. The Airport Management course provides a unique opportunity for students to learn and practise a range of Airport’s planning skills, and to understand the
inter-related variables involved.

Throughout the course, we will discuss various different types of case studies and research on working in teams, participants make, marketing, planning and operational decisions to effect a successful turnaround of the Airport operations and effective emergency planning.

Course description
This Course will help students understand and identify the duties of the station manager in an Airport Organization, the Management skills needed to carry out these duties and the inter-relationship of the various functions at an Airport which affect the role of the station manager. This module will also introduce different areas of an
Airport administration and the coordination between departments. There will also be discussion on successful airports and new
technology in Airport industry.
