ObjectivesIt will provide you with a strategic overview of aircraft engineering and management issues, helping you to develop a wider perspective and understanding of the concerns facing the aircraft engineering industry by studying subjects such as law, finance, risk assessment, health and safety and environmental issues. Throughout the course, academic teaching is complemented by visits from industry experts, keeping you up-todate with the latest developments.

Course descriptionWhat will you study?
You will gain a broad understanding of the practical requirements of aircraft engineering, as well as a knowledge of the subjects that are both specific and complementary to aerospace engineering, such as the role of the manager in aircraft maintenance activities, and the role of financial accounting within organisations.
You will develop the ability to resolve the broader problems that arise in aircraft engineering, and you will learn about management issues. Modules are assessed with a view to improving your evaluation and project management skills, in addition to enhancing skills in business and management.
