Content details
This course will enable you to gain widespread knowledge of a range of work-based information technology skills. You will study software applications, Visual Basic programming, business technology, web page design, communications, study skills and numeracy.
How is the course taught
The course is taught via classroom lectures, practical work-related assignments and in-class work. Additional support is built-in to develop the level of independent thinking and research skills needed to successfully undertake a university degree.
Course leads to HNC/HND or a degree course. Those who successfully complete the Access to Information Technology course can apply for a place at university.
